This curriculum will help students learn how to manage money, set goals, and become a future leader. From exploring career opportunities to designing community projects that promote financial independence, young people will gain valuable skills that will last a lifetime. In our Financial Wellness course, our youth will gain insights into the essence of a 'prosperity mindset'. How do successful individuals shape their financial behaviors? This program, tailored specifically for younger learners, seamlessly integrates financial knowledge, career aspirations, and savings techniques. Through this, we aim to empower them to foster a beneficial bond with money and cultivate an achievement-oriented mindset. Beyond financial skills, our community-focused projects inspire youth to act with empathy, offering aid to others in need in their neighborhoods.

Learning Objectives
In this engaging and influential program, youth will:

- Learn about money, bank accounts, credit and debit cards, credit scores, buying vs. leasing cars, renting vs. buying homes.
- Learn about college preparation and financial aid.
- Learn money management and investment strategies.
- Write a resume and a cover letter.
- Articulate the kind of lifestyle they want to live.
- Explore what income and type of career that lifestyle will require.
- Create and implement a project that benefits their community, aligns with their values and goals, and with one of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
- Create a video documenting their process and presenting their project.
- Present the video at the culminating event.

All our PBL curricula contain a career pathway component, which helps youth explore career options in various industries.
Software Skills
Youth will learn to use Canva which is a free-to-use online graphic design tool used create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos and more.
Youth will learn to use Prezi, a web-based tool for creating presentations which uses different media types to help make whatever is being shown as engaging as possible.
Youth will learn to use Microsoft PowerPoint, a program that empowers you to create clean slideshow presentations and intricate pitch decks.
Youth will learn to create and edit videos using tools like Windows Movie Maker, adding music and record presentations and PSA as a group or as an individual.

YOUTH TEAM PRESENTATION
