We Train Your Staff
We will train your staff to facilitate the curriculum independently.
This delivery method is dedicated to training staff in after-school programs and schools to effectively implement the IDEAS Empowered by Youth® PBL curriculum. We empower educators with the tools and expertise to guide their students through pathways focused on addressing real-world issues through Financial Literacy, Social Entrepreneurship, Community Change, and more.
Our training approach engages staff in facilitation skills, project-based learning (PBL) techniques, and the foundations of a 21st-century learning culture.
You can choose a specialized pathway to bring to life in the classrooms, and we equip your educators to facilitate a meaningful journey of exploration, discovery, and action. Through hands-on guidance, we ensure educators are prepared to engage students in fostering skills like critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.
With our support, educators are ready to inspire the next generation of change-makers—helping students to turn ideas into impactful action in their communities and beyond.
